- Duties: Elizabeth takes the lead in the conceptualization and design of your new wardrobe. She works with your inspiration, incorporates your design aesthetics, and guides you through your specific needs in your outfit.
- Bio: Elizabeth holds a MFA in costume design from the University of Florida and a BA in theatre, with a concentration in costume design from Berry College. Since 2009, Elizabeth has served as a member of the design faculty at Kennesaw State University and has guest lectured at Berry College and Georgia Tech. Elizabeth was honored in 2014 to become an Artistic Associate with Actor’s Express Theatre. Prior to this, Elizabeth worked as the Costume Design Assistant/ Buyer at the Tony award winning Alliance Theatre. She designs professionally for almost every theatre in the Atlanta area, including Synchronicity Theatre, Theatre in the Square, KSU, Actor’s Express, Aurora Theatre, Theatrical Outfit, Georgia Ensemble, The Alliance Theatre Education and children’s shows with The Atlanta Symphony Orchestra. She is the winner of the 2013 Atlanta Theatre Fans Best Costume Design award for Kiss of the Spider Women at Actor’s Express and has been nominated for numerous Suzi Bass Awards (Atlanta’s Professional Theatre version of the Tony Awards). When not designing costumes for the stage or for Mr and Mrs Claus, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her husband Jonathan, their son TJ, and their fur baby Samson Gustav.
- Favorite Cookie: Elizabeth’s favorite Christmas cookies are snickerdoodles, or classic sugar cookies, or chocolate chip walnut cookies, or chocolate chips without walnuts, or really just any cookie without raisins.
- Favorite Christmas Gift From Santa: The best Christmas present that Santa ever brought Elizabeth was a stage, made with the assistance of Santa’s helper (her father) and thus beginning her career in theatre at the early age of three.
